We have some good news for you today.  After a mountain of bad press over Google's lack of a customer support hotline they have finally opened one up.  This should come as a pleasant surprise for everyone that has tried to contact Google due to issues with their Nexus purchase.  One of the biggest point of contention that has been mentioned over and over all over the internet was the fact that the only way to contact Google about their phone was through their support forums.  Everyone that has had to go this route knows how down right frustrating it was.  So with the release of their new customer support line we have to say...

Way To Go Google! 

Selling a product without offering any type of phone support is just bad business.  This is espically true when you're selling a damn PHONE!.

 If you need to get in touch with Google regarding the purchase of your Nexus One you can call 888-48-NEXUS (888-486-3987).  Their hours of operation are 7:00am EST to 10:00pm EST 7 days a week.  

I'm not sure how good the support actually is but I do plan on giving them a call and writing a review.  I spent a long time training customer service reps for T-Mobile and as you probably know they are flat out Nazis when it comes to making sure their customer service is top knotch.   So it's fair to say I have high standards of customer service.
