Setting Up SDK and ADB On Win7 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 11
O.k Here is a guide on how to setup the latest SDK and ADB with the correct drivers on windows 7.

First you will need the latest SDK found here. Once you have downloaded the SDK unzip to your preferred location example of mine C:\Users\Manup456\Android\android-sdk-windows. After you have your SDK where you like it you can set the path up.

1. Bring up your menu by hitting the flag button on your p.c or laptop keyboard and scroll down to computer right click and select properties.

2. Now in properties select the Advanced Settings option,at the bottom there is a Environment Variables option select that.

3. Now there are two small windows user variables and system variables I use system. Now your going to select new and the variable name is path and the value is the location example of mine again C:\Users\Manup456\Android\android-sdk-windows then save it. The SDK is setup in windows.

4. Now the new SDK has a different way to setup the rest after this. Open the SDK folder and run the SDK setup provided in there. Go to settings check the force box in Misc at the bottom, now go to available packages and refresh install everything takes a while to do.

5 . Now your SDK is installed and should be fully working but adb may give you an issue.
